AI Chatbot Terms of Use
Purpose of the Chatbot
The 3DICOM chatbot is an automated AI system intended solely for general technical support and informational use.
1. No Medical or Clinical Advice
- The chatbot does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or clinical interpretation.
- Do not rely on chatbot responses for medical or diagnostic decisions.
- Always consult a qualified healthcare professional.
2. No Submission of Patient Data
- Do not submit any patient data or identifiable health information, including:
- Patient names or identifiers
- Medical record numbers
- DICOM files or medical images
- Clinical reports or findings
Third-party systems may process any information submitted.
3. Data Handling & Third-Party Processing
Chatbot interactions may be processed or stored by third parties for:
- Generating responses
- Improving support services
- Creating support tickets
Reasonable safeguards are in place, but do not share sensitive or confidential information.
4. Automated Responses & Accuracy
- Responses are automated and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated.
- The chatbot may not fully understand all queries.
- Users are responsible for verifying information.
5. Escalation to Human Support
- Users may request escalation to a human representative.
- A support ticket may be created, including a summary of the interaction.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 3DICOM and its affiliates disclaim liability for:
- Errors or omissions in chatbot responses
- Reliance on chatbot-generated information
- Any resulting loss or damage

By using the chatbot, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this agreement.
