Is there a free trial available?
While we don’t offer a free trial, we provide access to an online demo version of 3DICOM Patient. This demo includes a pre-loaded DICOM file, allowing you to explore the key features and functionalities of the software before making a purchase. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. To manage your subscriptions go to the 3DICOM Portal at my.3dicomviewer.com and navigate to the Subscriptions tab in your Profile.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payment through all the major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Apple Pay, and Stripe.
Are there discounts for annual subscriptions?
Yes, we offer a discount for users who choose annual subscriptions. Opting for an annual plan can save you up to 50% compared to monthly billing. Check our pricing page for the latest offers.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time through the 3DICOM Portal. After cancellation, your account will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, at which point your subscription will not renew.
What are 3DICOM Credits? And what can they be used for?
3DICOM Credits are a special type of currency that you can use within the 3DICOM Viewer to access the following advanced features.
Long-Term Cloud Storage: Transfer and store your medical scans in the cloud, ensuring they are safe and accessible from anywhere, at any time!
One-Click Sharing: Quickly and easily share your medical scans securely with primary care providers, friends or relatives, or other medical professionals.
AI Tools: Leverage our growing library of advanced AI Models for automatic segmentation and labeling, optimised workflows, advanced image analysis, and enhanced medical insights.
How many 3DICOM Credits do I get as part of my 3DICOM subscription?
All subscriptions include a set number of complimentary 3DICOM Credits.
Entitlements for each subscription type are detailed below:

3DICOM credits do not expire. They are valid for the duration of your subscription and can be supplemented by purchasing additional credits as needed.
Where do I find my current 3DICOM Credit balance?
Your 3DICOM Credit balance can be viewed in the 3DICOM Viewer dashboard or from within the viewer by selecting your profile image at the top right of your browser window. Your credit balance is highlighted to the right of where it says Credits.
How can I purchase more 3DICOM Credits?
Additional 3DICOM Credits can be purchased from the 3DICOM Viewer dashboard or from within the viewer by selecting your profile image at the top right and selecting the Credits option.
How many 3DICOM Credits does it cost to share a scan?
1 credit (per share).
How many 3DICOM Credits does it cost to move a scan to long-term cloud storage?
1 credit per scan/series (per year). Uploaded studies may contain multiple series.

How many 3DICOM Credits does it cost to run AI Tools in the 3DICOM Viewer?
AI Tools start at 5 credits (per use) for the Total Segmentator AI Model. Charges are set individually for each AI Model, and costs are visible in the viewer before running the selected model.
Is technical support included with all plans?
Yes, all our plans include technical support. Access the Knowledge base in the Resource section for additional information on how to use the 3DICOM software.
How is my data secured?
We take data security very seriously. All user data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and our platform complies with leading industry standards such as HIPAA and GDPR. Our data centres are secured with multi-factor authentication and are regularly audited to ensure the highest levels of security.
Are there any hidden fees?
No, there are no hidden fees. All pricing details, including any potential overage fees or add-ons, are clearly listed on our pricing page. You will always be informed of any extra charges before they are applied.
