Medical CAD Model Library
Access the 3Dicom medical computer aided design library to view numerous medical models sourced from open source datasets for 2D & 3D visualization in our Dicom Viewer. All uploaded files in this library are stored in the .STL file format and have gone through a process of anonymization and lossless compression prior to upload to ensure patient confidentiality and lightweight downloads.
Craniotomy Implant Model
This model, using our AI and the craniotomy skull as a basis of cranial design implant, is obtained from the National Library of Medicine, showcasing an implant for the deformity in the skull.
Craniotomy Model
This model, obtained from the National Library of Medicine, showcasing a deformity in a skull, serves as an evaluation set for cranial implant design algorithms.
Cervical Vertebrae (C1 – C7) Model
This model, using our AI and an anonymized thoracic scan, is created as a demonstration of how you can segment and export in 3Dicom R&D.
The neck region, or cervical spine consists of seven vertebrates, namely C1-C7 vertebrae. These discs allow the spine to move freely and act as shock absorbers during activity.
Scans provided in this DICOM Library have been obtained from Open Source repositories, which have been linked in each Scan description.
All Scans can be readily viewed for educational purposes in the 3Dicom Software
