How to Update Your Default Payment Method

1. Log into your 3DICOM account. You will be automatically directed to the dashboard. 
2. Click the User Drop-down located top right of the interface. 
3. Click ‘Manage Subscription’ to view your subscription details on the My Subscriptions page.
4. Click the ‘Manage’ button on your subscription to open your Subscription Management area.5. Click the ‘+ Add Payment Method’ option under the Payment Method section.
6. Enter your new credit card details, or if available, use a saved payment method.

You will be redirected to the Subscription Management area, where you can see your newly added card details, along with your original payment method. 9. Click the three-dot icon next to the newly added payment method, and select ‘Make Default’.

How to Remove an Old Payment Method
Because an active 3DICOM subscription requires a valid payment method, you can only safely remove an existing payment method after adding a new one.
Once you’ve added a new default payment method (as per the instructions above(, the process is as simple as follows:
1. Click the three-dot icon on the original payment method you want to remove and select ‘Delete’.
