As an additional security measure, you may wish to change your password regularly. This can be done easily at any time via the 3DICOM portal dashboard or the user drop-down.

Changing a Password from the Dashboard

1. Go to the 3DICOM Portal to Log in – https://my.3dicomviewer.com/login 2. Click the ‘Forgot password?’ link located beneath the login fields to initiate the account recovery process.You will be redirected to the Forgot Password screen, where you can enter the email associated with your account.
3. Type in the email address associated with your 3DICOM account and click ‘Reset My Password’.4. Check your inbox for a password reset email from [email protected]
If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.
5. Click the ‘Reset Password’ button provided in the email to create a new password. 
6. Enter your new password and confirm it by typing it again in the second field.7. Click ‘Change Password’ to complete the reset process. You can use the eye icon to show or hide the password(s) you are typing.8. Return to the login page and enter your email and newly created password to access your 3DICOM account.
