Managing Push Notifications in 3DICOM

Viewing and Managing Push Notifications

Whether you’re tracking uploads, shares, or activity updates, this guide walks you through how to manage and customize your push notification settings in the 3DICOM online viewer.

Push Notifications

View your push notifications

Passos para chegar lá:

1. Click the bell icon located in the top right corner of the dashboard.

2. A pop-up will appear showing your latest notifications.

The push notifications pop-up list with multiple unread notifications.

A red dot on the bell means you have new/unread notifications. The number of unread notifications is displayed next to the ‘Notifications’ title.

Manage your push notifications

Manage your notifications by filtering them, marking them as read or deleting them.

Follow the steps below to manage your push notifications.

Click on a notification to open it — the red dot disappears, and the list will update.

Use the toggle switch to filter between:

Show All

Unread Only

Click the list icon to mark every notification as read in one go.

Click the trash icon to clear your entire notification history.

Customizing Push Notification Preferences

Change your push notification preferences from your 3DICOM account settings.

1. Faça login na sua conta 3DICOM. Você será direcionado automaticamente para o painel.

2. Click the account icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. Select ‘Edit Profile’.

4. Click the Notifications section.

5. Tick the checkbox labeled Push Notifications.

6. Click the ‘Save’ button.

This will enable alerts about activity related to your scans and images. Untick and click ‘Save’ if you prefer not to receive push notifications.
