All prices are displayed in USD. International transactions are automatically converted to your local currency at checkout.

How to Manage Subscriptions

You have full control over your subscription through the 3DICOM Portal at my.3dicomviewer.com

Do Manage Subscriptions section, you can:

View your current plan and renewal date
Upgrade or downgrade to another plan
Switch between monthly and annual billing
Cancel your subscription with one click

1. Click the User Dropdown locate top right of the interface.

2. Click ‘Manage Subscription’ to view your Subscription details.

From the Manage Subscription area you can manage your Invoices and Payments, or Cancel/Pause or your subscription.

3. Click the ‘Manage’ button on your subscription.

From here you can do the following:

Download your invoices under the ‘Invoice History’ section
Change or add another payment method
Update your information (billing address and Tax ID)
Check your invoice history

Cancel/ Pause

Cancel or pause your subscription.

3DICOM offers flexible account management. If you no longer need your subscription, you can pause it for 12 weeks, downgrade, or cancel completely. Each option keeps you in control of your account and billing.

When you click Cancel, a confirmation window appears with three options:

2.1 Pause Subscription for 12 Weeks

Temporarily suspends your subscription without losing your data.

Your scans, credits, and settings are securely stored in the cloud.

You will not be billed during the pause period.

You can resume your subscription anytime within 12 weeks to restore full access instantly.

Best for users taking a short break or working on a limited project.

2.2 Downgrade

Keeps your active data and credits intact.

Adjusts your billing to the new plan immediately.

You can upgrade again at any time.

Ideal if you still need basic viewing or sharing functionality but want to reduce cost.

2.3 Cancel Subscription

Your 3DICOM Cloud scans, AI models, and credit-based sessions will be deleted.

Access to mobile and desktop apps will be restricted.

You can still create a new subscription later, but previously uploaded scans cannot be restored.

Make sure to download any important scans before confirming cancellation.

What Happens After Cancellation

Your access remains active until the end of your current billing cycle. After cancellation, your cloud storage and DICOM sessions will be deleted. You can resubscribe at any time with a new plan.

If you accidentally canceled your subscription, contact Suporte 3DICOM — we may be able to restore your account if done within a short period.
