How to Reset a Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten the password you use to log in to your 3DICOM account, it can easily be reset using the ‘Forgotten password?’ link provided on the login page.
Follow the steps below to reset your forgotten password.

If you can’t remember your password:
- Go to the 3DICOM login page.
- Click ‘Forgot Password?’
- Enter the email address linked to your account.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email from [email protected]
- Follow the link in the email to create a new password.
If you don’t receive the reset email within a few minutes:
- Check your Spam ou Junk folder.
- Verify you entered the correct email linked to your 3DICOM account.
- If you have multiple email addresses, try any alternate addresses you may have used when signing up.
- Check your inbox for a password reset email from [email protected]
- Ensure your mail provider isn’t blocking messages from @singular.health.
- If it still doesn’t arrive, contact Suporte 3DICOM for help.
You can change your password anytime from within the 3DICOM Portal:
- Log into your 3DICOM account.
- Clique no settings cog icon (top right corner).
- Choose the Password tab.
- Enter your current password, then your new password twice to confirm.
- Click Save.
