No, you can only upload one scan at a time. However, if you have multiple scans from the same series, you can upload each one separately by repeating the upload process.
If you close the app during upload, your scan will not complete the upload process. Make sure to stay on the page while your scan is uploading. Leaving the page may cause the viewer to temporarily malfunction, requiring you to close and reopen the webpage.
Yes, your data is secure. 3DICOM uses advanced encryption protocols to protect your medical images while stored in your account and during transit. Our platform adheres to strict data privacy standards, including compliance with regulations such as HIPAA and GDPR. Your account is password-protected, and you maintain full control over who can access your scans.
