The user drop-down menu is always available in the top right of the interface, whether you’re in the viewer or your dashboard.
Steps to get there:
1. Log in to your 3DICOM account. You will be automatically directed to the dashboard.2. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner of the screen.
3. From the drop-down menu, select ‘Manage Subscription’.
4. On the My Subscriptions page, locate your current plan and click ‘Cancel’. 
5. A pop-up will appear with options to pause your subscription for 12 weeks, downgrade your plan, or cancel completely. Choose your preferred option and click the corresponding button.6. If you choose to proceed with cancellation, confirm by clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’.Adding a Subscription
