How to Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

The user drop-down menu is always available in the top right of the interface, whether you’re in the viewer or your dashboard.

purple icon1. Log in to your 3DICOM account. You will be automatically directed to the dashboard.

purple icon4. On the My Subscriptions page, locate your current plan and click ‘Cancel’.

purple icon5. A pop-up will appear with options to pause your subscription for 12 weeks, downgrade your plan, or cancel completely. Choose your preferred option and click the corresponding button.

4. On the My Subscriptions page, click ‘Add Subscription’, which will redirect you to the 3DICOM pricing page.  
5. Select your preferred subscription plan and follow the steps to complete sign-up.
