Keeping your profile information up to date in the 3DICOM Online Viewer helps ensure accurate access, improved communication, and enhanced account security. This guide outlines the steps to update personal details, manage organization affiliations, and adjust key security settings from your profile dashboard.

Accessing Your Profile Settings

In your 3DICOM profile settings, you can make changes and review multiple parts of your account.

Follow the steps below to locate your profile settings.

Steps to get there:

1. Log in to your 3DICOM account. You will be automatically directed to the dashboard.

2. Click the account icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

3. From the drop-down menu, select ‘Edit Profile’. 

You will be redirected to your Settings page, where all editable account fields are displayed. 

Updating Sections In Your Profile Settings

You can update any of your profile settings through your 3DICOM account.

Steps to get there:

1. Log in to your 3DICOM account. You will be automatically directed to the dashboard.

2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

Under “Settings”, you will find:

Personal – Edit your name, email address, and other contact details. 
Organization – Manage your connection to healthcare or research organizations. 
Password – Change or reset your account password. 
Authentication – Set up or modify Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) for additional layers of account security. 
Notifications – Enable or disable in-platform push notifications. 
Delete Account – Permanently remove your account if no longer needed. 

After making any updates, click Save to apply the changes. Your profile information will be updated immediately within your 3DICOM account.
