Changing Language Settings in 3DICOM

3DICOM offers multiple language options, allowing users to navigate the platform in the language they’re most comfortable with. This guide explains how to update your language settings across the 3DICOM ecosystem — including the Portal, Viewer, and Mobile App — and lists all currently supported languages.

How to Set Your Language

Language preferences can be configured in the 3DICOM Dashboard and Viewer.

From the Dashboard

Follow the steps below to change your language preference from the 3DICOM Dashboard.

purple icon1. Log in to your 3DICOM account. You will be automatically directed to the dashboard.
purple icon2. Click the globe icon located in the bottom right corner of the screen.

Supported Languages

The 3DICOM platform supports multiple language options. However, some translations are still in the process of being added.

Why isn’t my language change showing immediately?

Language settings may take a few seconds to update after saving. Try refreshing the page or reopening the viewer. If it still appears in the previous language, ensure your internet connection is stable.
