Viewing and Managing Invoices in 3DICOM

3DICOM provides users with access to invoice history, ensuring that all users can keep track of any payments made through their account. Keeping track of your payments is simple with 3DICOM. Whether you need to review past transactions, download invoices for record-keeping, or check billing details, you can access your full invoice history in just a few clicks. Follow the steps below to manage your invoices effortlessly.

Where to Find Your Invoices

Follow the steps below to locate your account’s invoice history.

1. Log into your 3DICOM account. You will be automatically directed to the dashboard. 

2. Click the User Drop-down located top right of the interface. 

3. Click ‘Manage Subscription’ to view your subscription details on the My Subscriptions page.

4. Click the ‘Manage’ button on your subscription to open your Subscription Management area.

The Subscription Management area is powered by Stripe (one of the world’s most trusted payment providers).

5. From here, you can view, open and download your invoices under the INVOICE HISTORY section.

How to Open an Invoice

To open an invoice, click the coloured tag next to it. The tag indicates the invoice status, such as Paid or Outstanding.

2. Click on the ‘Invoice PDF’ button to download your invoice or proof of purchase.
