How to Cancel Your Subscription
To cancel a subscription, you need to navigate to the manage subscription area of the 3DICOM Dashboard accessible via the user drop-down menu.
Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.

4. On the My Subscriptions page, locate your current subscription and click ‘Cancel’. 
A pop-up will appear with options to Pause Subscription for 12 weeks, Downgrade (if subscribed to EDU or MD), or Cancel altogether.5. Choose your preferred option and click the corresponding button.
6. If you choose to proceed with cancellation, confirm by clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’.
