Under development since 2017, 3Dicom was created by our team of talented, passionate, and knowledgeable individuals. The idea for our software initially came about due to a complicated cancer case, in which the conventional 2D view of a radiological scan made it difficult to confirm the exact position of a patient’s tumor prior to the surgical intervention. This lead an Australian Gynaecological Oncologist to contract a group of game developers to create a platform that would be able to 3D render the 2D scan of the tumor. Ultimately, this led to a successful surgical outcome and the birth of 3Dicom.

Since then, our team of software developers has grown and our platform has developed significantly. The fully integrated 3Dicom Software Suite represents a culmination of hard work on a number of innovative features that brings you the platform you see today.
