How to Sign In / Sign Out of 3DICOM?

Whether you’re accessing 3DICOM for patient viewing, medical analysis, or educational use, logging in and out of your account is quick and simple. Follow the steps below to securely sign in and sign out of your 3DICOM account.

Signing In to 3DICOM

When signing in to 3DICOM, you can do so either from the 3DICOM website or directly from the 3DICOM portal located at my.3dicomviewer.com

Via the Website

Signing in via the 3DICOM Website.

1. Visit the 3DICOM Website.

2. Click the ‘Log in’ button in the top-right corner of the homepage.

You will be redirected to the 3DICOM Portal login screen, where you can enter your details and log in to your account.

3. Choose your preferred sign-in option:

Use the tabs below to continue with instructions for Email or Single-Sign On (SSO).

3. Type in your email address and password in the fields provided and click ‘Sign In’.

3.1 (Optional) Save your login details in your browser.

Note: If you previously chose to save your login details in your web browser, you may also have the option to click on a saved profile to sign in faster.

Important: This shortcut only works if you have allowed your browser to save your login information. If browser data is cleared, or if you use another device, your saved profile will not appear. For security reasons, only enable this option on personal devices.

4. After selecting your preferred sign-in method, follow the prompts to complete the login process.

5. If you have set up Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) enter the code sent to your mobile or authenticator app.

You will now be taken to the 3DICOM Dashboard where you will be able to upload, access, view and share your scans.

Most modern browsers allow you to save your email and password when you sign in. If you choose to do this, your browser can auto-fill your details or let you select a saved profile the next time you visit the 3DICOM login page.

For quicker access next time, you can allow your web browser to save your login details. When enabled, your browser may offer to auto-fill your email and password or let you select a saved user profile directly from the login page.

2. When your browser asks ‘Save password?’ or ‘Remember me?’, select ‘Save‘.

The above wording may vary depending on the browser.

3. Next time you visit the login page, your browser will auto-fill your details or let you select your saved profile.

This feature depends on your browser’s saved data. If you clear your cookies or use a different device, your saved profile or pre-populated login details may not be visible.

Only save your details on secure personal devices, never on shared computers.

Using Single Sign-On

3DICOM supports Single Sign-On (SSO) with your existing Google, Microsoft, or Apple account. This makes it simple and secure to log in without needing to remember another password.

What is Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Single Sign-On allows you to use an account you already trust (Google, Microsoft, or Apple) to log into 3DICOM. This means:

No need to create or manage a separate password.

Access is protected by the same security features (e.g., two-factor authentication) that you already use on your Google, Microsoft, or Apple account.

Faster and easier login across devices.

Why Use Single Sign-On (SSO)?

Using Google, Microsoft, or Apple SSO means your 3DICOM login benefits from the same enterprise-grade security as your existing account. It also makes it easier to log in across web, desktop, and mobile versions of 3DICOM.

How to Log In with SSO

2. Choose your preferred option:

3. A secure sign-in window will open. Enter your account details if you’re not already logged in.

4. Once verified, you’ll be redirected back into 3DICOM with your account automatically connected.

You can only use one SSO provider per account. E.g., If you first registered with Google, you’ll need to continue using Google for future logins.

3DICOM makes this simple with sign-out built into the user drop-down, conveniently accessible across all windows—allowing you to sign out of every open browser session with a single action.
