3DICOM में MFA विकल्प

There are two account-level MFA options available to choose from in 3DICOM, and two secondary MFA options available specifically for 3DICOM Mobile that provide an additional layer of security for mobile devices.

Secondary Authentication (Optional)

Secondary authentication on 3DICOM Mobile offers an additional layer of security that prompts you to log in using biometrics (fingerprint, face ID) or a 4-digit PIN if the app has been minimized for more than 2 minutes.

You can update your MFA preferences or disable MFA at any time by returning to the Authentication tab in account settings.

Phone (एसएमएस)

1. In the Authentication tab, next to Phone (SMS) click ‘+ Register’.

2. Enter your mobile phone number and click ‘Next’.

3. Check your phone for the 6-digit code received via SMS.

4. Enter the code into the field provided to continue.

SMS Authentication has now been enabled for your 3DICOM Account.

The next time you attempt to log into your 3DICOM Account, you will be asked to enter a verification code.

प्रमाणक ऐप

वहां पहुंचने के चरण:

1. In the Authentication tab, next to the Authentication App option, click ‘+ Register’.

2. Follow the prompts to download and install an Authenticator App on your mobile device.

You can skip this step if you already have an authenticator app installed.

3. Open the authenticator app on your mobile device.

4. Follow the prompts in the Authenticator App to add a new authentication token.

5. Scan the QR code to add the authenticator token to your Authenticator App.

You should now see an authentication token for My Singular Health with a 6-digit verification code.

6. Enter the 6-digit verification code shown in your Authenticator App into the fields provided.

Authentication has now been enabled on your 3DICOM Account.

The next time you attempt to log into your 3DICOM Account, you will be asked to enter a verification code.

How to Specify a Primary MFA Method

Once you have registered at least one MFA method, you can choose one to set as your Primary method.

When an MFA method is set as Primary, it becomes the default option used to deliver your 6-digit authentication code immediately after you log in. This streamlines the login process by removing the need to manually select an MFA method each time. In most cases, your 6-digit code will already have been sent by the time the ‘Choose MFA Method’ dialog appears, allowing you to simply enter the code and continue.

Follow the steps below to set your preferred MFA method as the default for your 3DICOM account.
