Managing your 3DICOM subscription is quick and easy. Whether you need to update your subscription, billing details, add a new subscription, or cancel an existing plan, follow this guide to navigate the process.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

To cancel a subscription, you need to navigate to the manage subscription area of the 3DICOM Dashboard accessible via the user drop-down menu.

Follow the steps below to cancel your subscription.

The user drop-down menu is always available in the top right of the interface, whether you’re in the viewer or your dashboard.

1. Connectez-vous à votre compte 3DICOM. Vous serez automatiquement redirigé vers le tableau de bord.

2. Click on the user drop-down in the top right corner of the screen.

3. From the drop-down menu, select ‘Manage Subscription’.

4. On the My Subscriptions page, locate your current subscription and click ‘Cancel’.

A pop-up will appear with options to Pause Subscription for 12 weeks, Downgrade (if subscribed to EDU or MD), or Cancel altogether.

5. Choose your preferred option and click the corresponding button.

6. If you choose to proceed with cancellation, confirm by clicking ‘Cancel Subscription’.

Your 3DICOM Subscription has now been cancelled, and you will no longer be billed for the cancelled service.
