How to Upload and Anonymize a Scan using 3DICOM

Access a tenant and use a Gateway search and filters to quickly locate specific medical imaging records by specialty, patient name, or date range.

00:06: You will learn how to configure upload settings and complete the process

00:11: Click “Upload Scan” to begin.

00:13: Click the radio button to expand the study and see the individual series within.

00:18: Once the study is expanded, you can use the checkboxes to specify which series to

00:21: upload to the platform.

00:25: All series will be selected by default, so you can skip this step if you’re happy to

00:27: upload all files.

00:30: Click next to proceed to the following stage of the scan upload process.

00:35: If you want to remove all personally identifiable information, such as name and date

00:38: of birth, click

00:41: “Anonymise on upload” to activate automatic anonymization for the uploaded scan.

00:45: Otherwise, simply leave this toggle disabled.

00:49: If you choose to anonymize your upload, use the folder name fields to manually
